The 4WD Anti-Rust & Off-road Bucket is more than a wash kit—it’s a defence system for your rig. This kit gives you everything you need to deep clean your 4WD after sand, salt or sludge, and adds long-lasting protection where it counts most—your underbody.

Included is Chassis Champ, a spray-on, leave-on anti-rust coating. Unlike ceramic or silicone sealants that just sit on the surface, or flush systems that rinse away, Chassis Champ forms a breathable shield over your chassis that actively prevents rust from forming. No rinsing, no wiping—just spray and let it protect. It’s ideal for older vehicles already exposed to corrosion and works equally well on fresh builds.

1. Add 70ml of 4WD Wash Detergent into your foam gun or dilute 1:10 in a bucket.
2. Foam your vehicle or wash with the mitt and bucket.
3. Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom.
4. Dry using the towel kit.
5. Shake Chassis Champ well, then spray directly onto your chassis rails and underbody panels.
6. Do not rinse. Let it dry naturally. The protective barrier will form as it cures.
7. Reapply after beach trips or harsh conditions for ongoing rust prevention.

Chassis Champ is a leave-on anti-rust sealant, not a rinse-out product. It’s sprayed directly onto the underbody and left to dry, forming a protective barrier. Flush solutions like our Chassis Grenade system are designed to rinse and remove salt and grime—not protect long term.

2. Do I need to rinse Chassis Champ off after applying it?
No. Just spray it on and leave it to dry. It bonds to the metal and forms a breathable coating that protects against future rust and corrosion.
