Return and Refund Policy

All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to admin@saltycaptain.co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns

  • Our returns policy is 28 days. If that time has been exceeded, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Items and Individual items from a bundle.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  • Any item not in its original condition, packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return.
  • To return your product, please send to 2/14 Thomas Hanlon Court, Yatala, 4207, QLD, Australia. Please include your name and invoice number inside the package. We also ask that you email through your return tracking number, thank you. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working to process. If you have any concerns regarding your refund, please contact admin@saltycaptain.co

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact admin@saltycaptain.co. Exchanges can be made within 28 days of receiving your package if in original condition. Cost of shipping will be covered by customer. Exchanges are not available on sale items.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged in transit or missing items, please contact admin@saltycaptain.co within 14 days of receiving items to organise replacement. Photo evidence of the packaging and products is needed to process replacement. If contact is not made within 14 days, we are unable to process a replacement.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact admin@saltycaptain.co to arrange a replacement. Photo/video evidence is needed to process replacement. Replacements will only be given if within the warranty period.

Warranty

All hardware comes with a no risk guarantee! We have 12 month warranty on our Muskets, Foam Cannons, and Catch Bags. Should you have any issues within 12 months, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Order Cancellations

Get in touch with us via email admin@saltycaptain.co as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If you order has already been allocated a tracking number we will be unable to intercept it.
