Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse at 2/14 Thomas Hanlon Court, Yatala 4207.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We use Australia Post and Aramex within Australia.

  • We offer a range of shipping options across Australia, with shipping costs calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order

     1. Standard Shipping

  • A flat shipping rate of $15 applies to most standard orders delivered to NSW, QLD and VIC. For deliveries to WA, ACT and SA, the flat rate is $22.Orders over $170 qualify for free standard shipping.

      2. Bulky & Oversized Items

  • Some products, including rooftop tents, awnings, fridges, tub racks and pressure washers, require specialised freight due to their size and weight.
  • For these items, a freight surcharge will be applied and displayed at checkout. Charges vary depending on the product and delivery location. Additional freight charges may apply for remote or regional areas.

      3. New Zealand Shipping

  • We also ship to New Zealand, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

      4. Shipping Costs

  • All available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
*International orders will be required pay for up-to-date shipping charges, calculated at checkout. Bulky items incur additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Australia:

  • Metro Areas: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 1-3 business days
  • Western Australia & Northern Territory: Standard 3-7 business days, Express 2-3 business days

International:

  • Express: 5 business days
  • Standard: 7-10 business days

Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Delivery is made during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Possible Delays

  • During a sale period such as Easter, Father's Day, Black Friday, etc. dispatch times may be extended to an additional 3-5 days than usual due to the extreme influx of volume on orders. Please be patient with our team as we endeavor to get your parcels out as quickly as possible.
