    Yes, all chemicals are blended, bottled, and packed in Australia at Salty Captain HQ in Queensland.

  • How often should I use the Drip Dry coating?

    After each wash, for best results. It helps water bead off faster and keeps your 4WD looking glossy for longer.

  • Do I need to dilute the detergents before using them?

    It depends on how you’re using them. If you’re using the Captain’s Musket, there’s no need to load the canister with detergent, and the venturi system automatically mixes soap and water for you.

    If you’re using the Big Loads Foam Cannon or applying by bucket, follow the dilution ratio printed on the side of each bottle for best results.

  • Are the detergents safe for ceramic coatings and wraps?

    Absolutely. All formulas are pH-balanced and coating-safe, leaving no residue or film behind.

  • Can I use these products on cars, boats, or caravans too?

    Yes, every detergent in this kit is safe for paint, coatings, fibreglass, and metal surfaces across multiple vehicle types.

  • What’s the difference between the Captain’s Musket and the Big Loads Foam Cannon?

    The Musket connects directly to your garden hose, making cleaning quick and easy. The Big Loads Foam Cannon connects to a pressure washer for thicker foam and deeper cleaning power.

    Best detailing kit ever!!

    These products did everything as described, but even better.

    The drying towel dried the entire car and almost didn’t even feel like it had water in it. The interior cleaner smells very good and leaves a nice new looking finish. The glass cleaner was streak free, And the tire shine made the tires look like new. I am absolutely going to buy this product again whenever I run out.

    Review of the salty captain 7pc car detailing kit

    The wheel cleaner works amazing at getting rid of brake dust and cleaning up rims nicely.

    The tyre shine could maybe make the tyres a little more shiny but thats personal preference and it still works well.

    The glass cleaner is fantastic no streaks.

    The interior cleaner could also be changed to make surfaces appear more shiny.

    Drip dry in combination with the foam cannon is easy to apply and has great hydrophobic properties.

    Car wash is great generous amount of suds.
