Do you only sell online, or can I see the products in person?
We sell directly online across Australia, and we’re opening retail locations so you can see and feel the gear before making a purchase. Unit 2, 108 Ferry Road, Southport, Gold Coast, or visit our Warehouse at 2/14 Thomas Hanlon Court, Yatala, Gold Coast.

How can I check if an item is in stock?
If you can add it to your cart, it’s in stock. Items marked “pre-order” display the estimated arrival date, allowing you to plan.

Do you ship bulky items like rooftop tents and awnings?
Yes, but bulky items have special freight arrangements. Shipping costs and lead times are clearly displayed at checkout & the Shipping & Delivery accordion.

How long does shipping usually take?
Most small to medium items arrive within 2–5 business days in metro areas and 3–7 days for regional. Bulky items may take longer depending on your location.
