Captain’s Club is the loyalty and member pricing program offered by Salty Captain to reward customers for shopping with us. These Terms & Conditions govern membership and apply to all Captain’s Club members in Australia.

1. Becoming a Captain’s Club Member

You must be at least 18 years old and an individual to join. Businesses, resellers and wholesale accounts are not eligible unless approved by Salty Captain.

You must provide a valid email address and/or mobile number. You must keep these details up to date. We are not responsible for missed benefits due to outdated contact details.
1.3 One account per person
Only one membership per person is allowed. Accounts cannot be shared, transferred or used by multiple people.

We may request identification to verify your identity.

We may refuse or revoke membership at our discretion.

If changes materially impact members, we will notify via email.
Continued use = acceptance of updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for loss from program changes or benefit removal
- All benefits are subject to availability
- Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded
