Location: Our warehouse is located at 2/14 Thomas Hanlon Court, Yatala 4207.

Free Shipping: All Australian orders of $170 or more qualify for free standard shipping, including pressure washers*

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $170, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 to NSW, QLD and VIC, and $22 to WA, SA, ACT, NT and TAS*

Express Delivery: Available at checkout for an extra charge, calculated for your address.

*International orders will be required pay for up-to-date shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers: We use Australia Post and Aramex within Australia.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Times:

Australia:
- Metro Areas: Standard 2-5 business days & Express 1-3 business days
- Western Australia & Northern Territory: 3-7 business days & express 2-3 business days

International:
- Express: 5 business days
- Standard: 7-10 business days

Pickup: Local pickup is available from our warehouse at 2/14 Thomas Hanlon Court, Yatala 4207. Please select the "Pickup" option at checkout.
