‣The Performance: It's built for a high flow rate. This translates to faster, more effective cleaning and is crucial for creating that thick, dense foam you need for a safe, scratch-free car wash.
‣The Complete Kit: It comes as a full, professional system right out of the box. You get a generous 15-meter anti-kink hose, solid metal fittings that won't break, and a premium foam cannon. Cheaper options often require you to buy these essential upgrades separately, adding to your cost and frustration.
Why is it called 'Detail Pro 2500' when the working pressure is 1885 PSI?

That's a good question! The '2500' in the name actually refers to the machine's heart: its powerful and durable 2500-watt professional induction motor. We believe the motor's power, which drives that all-important flow rate, is a more critical indicator of the machine's overall quality and performance than just a peak pressure number.
What's the difference between "working pressure" and "peak pressure"?

Think of it this way: working pressure (1885 PSI / 130 Bar) is the consistent pressure you'll get when you're actually cleaning. It's the stable, effective pressure that's safe for things like your car's paintwork. Peak pressure (2828 PSI / 190 Bar) is the absolute maximum pressure the pump can reach for a very brief moment, usually when you first turn it on or before you pull the trigger. While it shows the machine's full power potential, it's the working pressure that matters for real-world cleaning.
What's the difference between "working flow rate" and "max flow rate"?

Similar to pressure, working flow rate (7.0 L/PM) is the consistent amount of water the machine delivers during your cleaning tasks. This is what's truly important for quickly rinsing away dirt and getting thick, effective foam from your foam cannon. The max flow rate (7.8 L/PM) is the highest possible flow the machine can achieve under ideal, unhindered conditions. While the max flow indicates its full capacity, the working flow rate is what you'll experience day-to-day for efficient cleaning.
Is 1885 PSI powerful enough for tough jobs?

Absolutely. 1885 PSI is actually the ideal working pressure for safely and effectively cleaning vehicles. When you combine that with our high flow rate, it creates a powerful sheet of water that easily lifts road grime, mud, and salt. It's also really effective for other household tasks like cleaning driveways and decks, especially when you use the right nozzle.
Why is a high flow rate so important?

The flow rate (Litres Per Minute) is the real secret to a pressure washer's efficiency. PSI gives you the force to dislodge dirt, but LPM determines how quickly and effectively that water rinses and carries the dirt away. A high-LPM system like ours moves a much larger volume of water, which dramatically speeds up rinsing and does a better job of carrying contaminants away. Plus, it's essential for getting those thick, dense foam cannon results!
Will this pressure damage my vehicle's paint?

Not at all, it's perfectly safe for all modern clear coats when used correctly. 1885 PSI is strong, but it's a safe pressure for vehicles. The actual force on the paint is controlled by which nozzle you choose and how far you hold the wand from the car. For washing, we always recommend using the wider-angle 25° (green) or 40° (white) nozzles to ensure a powerful yet gentle clean.
How difficult is the machine to set up and use?

It's designed to be super simple, right out of the box. Setup takes less than five minutes: connect the high-pressure hose to the unit, then easily quick-connect it to the spray gun, hook up your garden hose with the included adapter, plug it into a standard power outlet, and you're good to go. The quick-connect nozzles make changing them effortless.
What is the "Total Stop System (TSS)"?

The Total Stop System is a smart safety feature that automatically turns off the motor when you let go of the spray gun's trigger. This helps extend the motor's life, saves energy, and ensures the machine only runs when you're actively using it.
Will my existing pressure washer attachments fit this system?

Yes, we use industry-standard fittings for maximum compatibility. The lance has a 1/4" quick-connect fitting, so it'll work with most foam cannons, nozzles, and undercarriage cleaners you already own. The high-pressure hose uses 3/8-inch quick-connect fittings to the gun for a secure and easy connection.
What do I need to run this machine?

You just need two things: a standard 240V power outlet and a regular garden hose with a consistent water supply. The machine even comes with the adapter you need for your garden hose.

Salty but sweet!
After waiting a few weeks finally my detail pro arrived.
What can I say, salty captains have done it again! high quality and attention to detail!
Very impressed with it, you can adjust flow rate, it’s quiet, quick connect fittings makes it easy to adjust from extend to short wand, nozzles are labelled, hose length and quality is awesome! Overall best pressure washer I have purchased 😮‍💨

Snuck a photo of my partner.
He absolutely loves it, works great. It got majority of the mud off with no scrubbing needed.
