Q: Is this jack safe to use for changing a tyre?
A: Yes, provided you are on level ground and using proper jacking points. However, high-lift jacks are recovery tools first; always use jack stands when performing work under the vehicle.

Q: Can I mount this to my roof rack or rear bar?
A: Absolutely. Its 60-inch length fits most full-size roof racks or dedicated rear-bar swing-away mounts. We recommend using a high-lift jack isolator (sold separately) to stop any handle rattle during transit.

Q: What happens if I get stuck in soft sand?
A: We highly recommend using a Jack Base Stabiliser (as seen in the photos). This significantly increases the surface area of the base, preventing the jack from sinking into soft sand or mud during a lift.

Q: Does it require maintenance?
A: Like any mechanical tool, a bit of love goes a long way. Keep the climbing pins clean and lightly lubricated with a dry silicone spray to ensure the mechanism stays smooth after "Salty" beach trips.
