Unlike other “all-surface” cleaners, our Ali Restoration Kit is formulated specifically for use on aluminium and removes grime, stains, and oxidation without harming the metal itself.

Note: Please perform a spot test before applying the cleaner to the entire area, as its instant action may vary depending on the surface. For highly polished aluminium, we recommend considering alternative solutions. Salty Captain Instant Aluminium Cleaner can be effectively used as a preparatory step before polishing.

- Aluminum Cleaner (Choose 1L or 5L)

- 4WD Wash 1L

- Soft Bristle Brush

Recommended PPE

- Nitrile gloves and long sleeves for skin protection against potential irritation to the skin

- A P3 mask to keep splashes and fumes away from your mouth

- Eye protection

INSTRUCTIONS

Safety First:

  • Wear Protective Gear: Always wear nitrile gloves to prevent skin contact and a P3 safety mask to avoid inhaling vapours.
  • Ensure Good Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area to minimise inhalation risks.
  • Work in Suitable Conditions: Avoid direct sunlight and ensure you are in a well-ventilated space. Be mindful of the direction of the wind to prevent overspray.

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Solution: For the concentrated "Instant Aluminium Brightener," mix the product with water at a 7:1 ratio. For every 7 parts water, add 1 part of the concentrated brightener. In simple terms: Take a 1L spray bottle with a chemical-proof trigger and fill it up about 3/4 with water and the rest with Aluminium Cleaner Concentrate.
  2. Container: Use a clean, empty container to mix the solution. Ensure it’s large enough to hold the total volume of the mixed solution.
  3. Mix Thoroughly: Stir the solution well to ensure the brightener is fully dissolved and evenly distributed throughout the water.

Application Process:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the aluminium surface is dry and free from debris. Gear up with your safety equipment.
  2. Application: Apply the diluted Instant Aluminium Brightener evenly across the surface, using a spray bottle or a sponge for distribution.
  3. Spread Evenly: With a clean, soft brush, gently spread the solution, covering the entire area to be treated. This will ensure you don't get any drip marks.
  4. Wait Time: You wont need to wait long for this solution to work its magic. you should see results in seconds. Dont let the Aluminium Cleaner sit for very long.
  5. Neutralisation and Rinse: Mix a neutralisation solution into a bucket or a foam gun. You want to neutralise the surface with a high-alkaline solution to prevent overworking it. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove any residue, revealing a bright and rejuvenated aluminium finish.

    Works so well!

    I am amazed with the effectiveness of this product.

    I have a dog grooming trailer that has an entire floor of aluminium checkerplate. There's walls areas with it and a toolbox on the front as well as scratch panels around the outside. This product cut through the grime and washed off all the dark marks on all the areas. The inside looks brand new again! I thought I would be in for hours of hard scrubbing or pressure cleaning but with this cleaner I just gave a light scrub over the area I was working on and watched it just lift the dirt away.

    I'm almost disappointed how well it works as now I dont have to re-wash the trailer for months! So satisfying!

    Great product and great service

    The kit worked great and was so easy to use. The best way to apply is by using a spray bottle and then scrub with the soft brush, then wash off with the car wash and lots of water.

    Make sure to wear protective clothing and good quality gloves 🧤.
