What is Bilge Cleaner designed to remove?
Bilge Cleaner is formulated to break down oil, grease, fuel residue, sludge, grime and organic build-up commonly found in bilges, engine bays and other hard-to-reach marine compartments.

Can I use it in my engine bay?
Yes. Bilge Cleaner is ideal for cleaning engine bays, bilges, storage compartments and other washable marine areas. Avoid spraying directly onto sensitive electrical components or air intakes.

How do I apply Bilge Cleaner?
Bilge Cleaner can be applied using a Captain's Musket, pump sprayer, spray bottle or wash bucket, depending on the size of the area being cleaned. For stubborn contamination, agitate with a soft brush before rinsing.

How long should I leave it on?
Allow the product to dwell for 5–10 minutes to break down grease and grime before agitating if required and rinsing thoroughly.

Is Bilge Cleaner biodegradable?
Yes. Bilge Cleaner is biodegradable. However, wash water contaminated with oil, fuel or other pollutants should always be collected and disposed of responsibly in accordance with local environmental regulations.

Can I leave the cleaner in the bilge?
No. After cleaning, rinse the area thoroughly and remove any remaining contaminated water before returning the vessel to service.

Will it remove heavy oil and grease?
Yes. Bilge Cleaner is formulated to tackle heavy grease, oil residue, sludge and general bilge contamination. Extremely heavy build-up may require a second application.
