1. Will this make my seats slippery?
No. Unlike cheap silicone-based protectants, our Marine Vinyl Cleaner is designed to clean and refresh. It leaves a natural, non-slip matte finish, so you don't have to worry about sliding off the seats when the boat hits a wake.
2. Can it remove "pink stain" or deep mould?
It is excellent for surface mould and general grime. For deep-seated "pink stain" (which is a bacterial byproduct inside the vinyl), it will significantly lighten the appearance, but the best results come from using this regularly to prevent the buildup from starting.
3. Is it safe for my stitching?
Yes. Many cleaners are too acidic or alkaline and eat away at the polyester thread used in marine upholstery. Our formula is pH-balanced to ensure your stitching stays strong and intact.
4. How do I use it for the best results?
Spray the cleaner directly onto the surface or into a soft brush. Agitate the area to lift the grime from the "grain" of the vinyl, then wipe clean with a fresh microfibre towel. For very dirty seats, let it dwell for 30 seconds before scrubbing.
5. Can I use this on my car’s interior?
Absolutely. It works wonders on car dashboards, door cards, and vinyl seats. It’s especially good at removing the "armrest grime" that builds up over time.
6. Does this offer UV protection?
This is primarily a deep cleaner. While it removes the salt and dirt that can accelerate sun damage, for maximum UV protection, we recommend following up with a dedicated protectant once the surface is clean.
7. Does it leave a scent behind?
Yes, it leaves a light, refreshing blueberry scent that helps mask the typical "wet boat" or fishy smell, making your cabin or cockpit a much nicer place to be.
